We at QUALITY ASSAY AND HALLMARKING CENTRE (P) LTD, CALICUT endeavor to satisfy our direct and indirect customers by implementing a laboratory management system as per ISO 17025:2005 and IS 15820: 2009 and by meeting their requirements and adopting the latest trends and technologies in assaying and hallmarking of gold jewellery and artifacts. We are committed to continually improve and shall not compromise in quality or accuracy of our services. All the employees of QUALITY ASSAY AND HALLMARKING CENTRE (P) LTD, CALICUT are adequately trained and have been made aware of this policy and are committed to implement at all levels

OBJECTIVES

  • We will achieve a customer satisfaction level of 80%,
  • We will achieve an increase of 5% in service turnover over the previous year,
  • At least 1 man-day of training per year will be given to employees,
  • Number of customer complaints will not be more than 10 per annum.
